Decco Iberica 50 aniversario
Launched in the 1930’s in California as a division of Wallace & Tiernan, Decco rapidly expanded to serve the needs of fruits and vegetables packers. Sales expansion beyond the US started decades ago in key Mediterranean countries, with structures first founded in Israel (1960), Italy (1965) then Spain (1967) while activities (later acquired) started in South Africa in 1962.
Today this vibrant post-harvest activity of UPL operates via around 15 companies all over the world and is the clear leader in its segment.
Over 260 customers, suppliers, partners and employees (past and present) gathered in Valencia on September 21 to celebrate the first 50 years of Decco company in Spain.
